We pranked our HR by sticking a wireless usb mouse on her desktop and controlling it from a desk behind her. We were struggling to keep a straight face while she tried to get control of the cursor. She finally went to IT and said "My mouse has a virus!"

1- I used sendlane. So if it sucked for you, guess what- it sucked for me too. 2- it was as good as Klayvio at launch. Was way cheaper. But after like 4 month they rolled out ai suppression and it just got too buggy. So I left. The rule of operators- if someone isnt using it,

Wtf. I didn’t know this. But knowing Uber - very believable. Did you know they built bots to book rides on Rival app (lyft) during peak time? This way passengers would never find cabs and loose trust. They lost $3-5 cancellation each time. But who cares.

I think the first place that AI will make a difference for DTC and already has is customer support. Creative is not far off, and we’ve seen some cool stuff this week on here. We use @Richpanel which is built with AI in mind. Their AI has already made a big difference for us.

The 2% management fees are deducted from carry. Standard terms are 2% management, 20% carry on profits. Example: You are a VC that raised $1B from LPs and you turn that into $3B over 10 years. Your carry will be 20% of $2B profit which is $400M. You’ll deduct the management
