    🚨There is ample evidence of criminal animal abuse of Ryder by Ian McKeever - longtime owner of several horses/carriages in NYC. @ManhattanDA is investigating. @TWULocal100 and @TwuSamuelsen profits from this abuse and has NOT suspended Ian or placed Ryder in a sanctuary yet.

    We thank @CMSalamancaJr for signing on as a cosponsor today to #RydersLaw - Intro 967 to finally put an end to heinous horse carriage abuse. Ian McKeever is being prosecuted by @ManhattanDA for criminally abusing Ryder, but 68+ other horses suffer daily. It needs to end.
