I was the Assembly sponsor of early voting in NY; my Dem colleagues & I passed it. I'm now the Senate sponsor. We've pushed the Republicans to pass it, but they refuse. With a 2019 Dem majority, we'll enact it, plus big reforms of registration, absentee ballots, other key items.
