    I'm at a loss for words. Today I visited constituents at 1114 Park Pl. in Crown Heights who've had a years-long mold issue. The landlord's "fix"? Smash the walls, trash the apartment. @NYCHousing 's response? The tenant can remain in the apt while this "work" is being done. 🧵

    Police in Minneapolis used a geofence warrant to collect personal data from *anyone near* a protest in 2020. These warrants could entrap hundreds or thousands of innocent people who happen to live, work or walk near an alleged crime scene. My bill would ban them in NY.
