In November 2024 we were appointed to carry out a building pathology report on this stunning Grade II listed terrace.

Duke’s terrace is the last remaining back-to-back housing in Liverpool.

As heritage and conservation specialists, we feel privileged to contribute to the preservation of this beautiful heritage asset.

Dukes Terrace has identical three storey front and back facades, with rounded-head doorways and iron railings.
