I requested a home survey just before Christmas and the team were able to complete the report and have it back to me by the second week of January.

Communication of the timeline and expectations were clear throughout and the survey was very detailed.

My wife and I were living in Kent but had decided to relocate to Lancashire as part of a wider retirement plan. Having located a suitable property to purchase we needed a survey and I found Scott’s details initially on the RICS website. Google reviews, like this one were good so he was asked to undertake a Level 3 report for us.

Mai-Yee who looks after Scott’s diary and supports him with numerous other important tasks was super efficient. Her communication skills were excellent throughout which was great at such a busy/stressful time.

The house/drone survey were booked in promptly and Scott was kind enough to call within a couple of days to briefly discuss the output ahead of his written report being delivered - this allowed us to get a feel for his views of the house we hoped to buy which was really important for us.

The written report arrived by email a few days after that and Scott was also available for a couple of follow up questions too.

All in all a very good experience working with an obvious professional in his field, who is backed up by an efficient colleague (thanks Mai-Yee!) who between them took some stress away from our home buying journey.

We would certainly recommend Scott to others without hesitation.
