Meet the Executive Management Team
Sébastien Coquery, CEO

Sébastien Coquery is the Founder and has served as Chief Executive Officer of WORK-FLOW since July 2016.
Mr. Coquery is currently the Senior Manager of the Research Flow Cytometry Core at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals in Tarrytown, NY where he leads a team that supports more than 50 instruments across campus.
Notably, Mr. Coquery designed and implemented SRL management software to facilitate budget reconciliation and data management. He also created technical computer scripts to automate tasks and developed novel instrument training guides and web-based modules to enhance user knowledge retention.
Mr. Coquery began his career in 1999 at the Baylor Institute for Immunology Research in Dallas, TX, where he later became the Manager of the Flow Cytometry Core Facility. He has also served as a Senior Core Specialist at the University of Virginia and as the Technology Manager at the University of North Carolina.
He is an active participant in the flow cytometry community, maintaining the FlowPublic technical repository and presenting posters and leading courses at CYTO 2012 and 2016.
Mr. Coquery creates all content, including resources, course scripts, illustrations, and other creative materials, manages the website, and oversees account administration.
Christine Coquery, Scientific Advisor

Christine Coquery, PhD, is a scientific advisor for WORK-FLOW since January 2020 and has served in a strategic consulting role since July 2016.
Dr. Coquery is currently the Executive Director of Clinical Development within the Neurology Division of Ionis Pharmaceuticals, having recently served as Director of Clinical Development at UCB and as the Head of Immunology at Immunovant, Inc..
Dr. Coquery has held several scientific and academic positions at Roivant, GlaxoSmithKline, BioAgilytix, University of Virginia, Baylor University, and Stanford University.
Dr. Coquery completed her Master’s thesis at the Baylor Institute for Immunology Research and subsequently, a PhD in Immunology at the Carter Immunology Center within the University of Virginia School of Medicine. She has published numerous manuscripts with a heavy emphasis on immunology as well as flow cytometry and serves as an Ad Hoc reviewer for several immunology/flow cytometry journals.
