Onsite Instrument Training

Our onsite instrument training involves dispatching a specialist to your location for comprehensive instruction on operating your equipment. We currently cover the following flow cytometers:

Our expert will walk you through the critical maintenance procedures needed to guarantee the optimal performance of your flow cytometer. These procedures encompass fluidics cleaning, data management, instrument calibration, instrument characterization, and laser alignment (when applicable). Completion of relevant coursework is required prior to instrument training.

Data Assessment & Analysis Training

We specialize in resolving challenging data-related issues, pinpointing potential problems associated with sample acquisition and/or experimental design. Datasets are processed through our ‘gatekeeper,’ FlowAudit, wherein they undergo meticulous and systematic review. This process culminates in the assignment of a Robust Dataset Score (RDS) to determine if the data is robust enough to be analyzed. We generate detailed reports to aid in incorporating changes prior to future runs.

Additionally, we offer guidance on assay and panel development to optimize outcomes and achieve the best results possible.

We also provide data analysis training and assistance, which is performed remotely via video call:
