Configure key management for simple WooCommerce products – one product, one price, one set of keys.
What Are Simple Products?
Simple products have:
- Single price
- No variations
- One set of keys
- Straightforward configuration
Examples:
- Single software license
- Game key
- Gift card
- Access code
Enabling Key Management
Step 1: Create/Edit Product
- Go to Products > Add New (or edit existing)
- Enter product title, description, price
- Find Product Data panel
Step 2: Enable Keys
- Check “Keys” option
- Click Key Manager tab
- Configure settings
- Update product
Complete the configuration using Key Source and Delivery Quantity.
Stock Management
Enable Stock Sync
- Find Inventory section
- Enable Stock Management
- Configure sync and overselling prevention
- Update product
Result: Product stock = Available key count
Recommendation: Always enable Stock Management for key products
