Email Delivery

Delivery Trigger

Emails sent when order status changes to:

• Completed (default)

Configure in: Key Manager > Settings > General > Delivery Settings

Enabling Email Delivery

Step 1: Check Key Manager Emails

Go to Key Manager > Settings > Emails

Customizing Email Template

1. Go to Key Manager > Settings > Emails
2. Find Email Template section
3. Customize:
   • Email subject
   • Email heading
   • Email content
4. Save

My Account Display

Enabling My Account Display

1. Go to Key Manager > Settings > General
2. Find My Account section
3. Enable the key page
4. Save settings

What Customers See

• List of purchased keys
• Key details (expiry, activations)
• Order details

Order Details Display

Display Locations

Thank You Page:

• Shown immediately after purchase
• Keys delivered instantly

Order View Page:

• Customer’s My Account > Orders > View
• All keys for that order
• Key properties displayed

Admin Order Page:

• Admin views order in backend
• Which keys assigned
• Key status
• Activation count
• Link to edit keys
