More responsive and effective services for those impacted by violence require a connected, community-based, and culturally specific approach.

The UDVC works with nonprofit providers, community partners, and corporate allies to advance our mission to end domestic violence through advocacy, education, collaboration, and leadership.

HOW IT WORKS

UDVC offers three membership options, so organizations across sectors can engage in this work:

  1. Domestic Violence Service Provider Membership:
Nonprofit organizations that provide comprehensive services to individuals impacted by domestic violence, teen dating violence, or stalking.
    • Dues: 0.1% of DV program budget (capped at $2,000)
    • Culturally Specific DVSPs: $150
  2. Community Partner Membership
Organizations that support UDVC’s mission but are not DVSPs — e.g., health services, legal partners, faith communities, government agencies.
    • Dues: $500
    • Culturally Specific Community Partners: $250

By joining UDVC, you are part of a statewide movement to end domestic violence. Members gain access to advocacy, education, collaboration, and support.

All members receive:

  • Access to best practices, toolkits, and resources
  •  Representation during Utah’s legislative session
  •  Policy alerts and advocacy briefings (state and national)
  • Free or discounted entry to UDVC’s Annual Conference (with CEUs)
  • Access to Core Advocacy Training (up to 40 CEUs)
  • Advanced topical trainings (e.g., LGBTQIA+ survivors, plural families, immigrant survivors, crisis de-escalation)
  • Technical assistance on DV-related topics
  • Participation in task forces, committees, and workgroups
  • Access to best practices, toolkits, and resources
