Tethered allows you to use Zendesk’s API to receive notifications based on you website’s monitors.

How to find your Zendesk API Key and Sub domain #

How to set up Zendesk as a Notifier #

  1. Navigate to Notifiers
  2. Click the “Add new” button
  3. Select “Zendesk” as the notifier “Type”
  4. Enter your “Zendesk API Key”
  5. Enter your “Zendesk Email”
  6. Enter your “Zendesk Sub Domain”
  7. Select whether you would like the notifier to be used for all monitors or select the specific monitor it applies to
  8. You can enable and set scheduling for your notifier
  9. Set up your notification template. (Leave fields empty if you wish to keep the default template)
  10. Click the “Save Notifier” button
