LOI came with a clear campaign message: “Stop daydreaming, start learning.” team5pm translated this into online success with long-form storytelling on YouTube and short, interactive content on Instagram and TikTok. In the content concept The Daydream Testers, hosts test popular professions you can study for at LOI. Thanks to this platform-first approach, LOI generates high-quality visitors and grows brand consideration within the target group.

the strategy

a campaign that inspires learning

We chose content over ads. The campaign revolved around one simple idea: show how dreams become jobs. In The Daydream Testers, two hosts try out popular professions you can train for via LOI.

We produced four YouTube episodes of around five minutes, both organic and skippable. The mix of real job-shadowing experiences, humor, and relatable moments kept people watching. That delivered long watch time—the foundation for brand consideration.

Instagram and TikTok got short, snappy UGC-style formats. The hosts and a social creator shared pros & cons and behind-the-scenes. On TikTok we ran challenges inviting viewers to share their own dreams, boosting visibility and interaction.

Viewers were retargeted with concrete reasons to start: flexibility, accessibility, and the ability to begin right away. KPIs were watch time and qualified website visits, because these best predict whether someone seriously considers LOI. Everything aligned with the above-the-line message “Stop daydreaming, start learning.”
