Changing your PIN, password, or email address

To change your PIN, password or email address on Tapestry you will need to login to your account, click on your name in the top right-hand corner, and select Account Preferences from the drop-down.

On your account preferences page you’ll find all of these options, amongst other settings, that will affect your Tapestry login only.

Once on your account preferences page, to proceed with changing your PIN, just click on the Change your PIN button. 

Once on the Change your PIN screen, you’ll just need to enter your existing pin, a new PIN and confirm the new PIN again. 

When you’re finished, simply click Change PIN and that’s it! The next time you go to login with your PIN, you’ll need to use the PIN.

Please note, in order to change your PIN you will need to know your current PIN. If you don’t know this, you can reset it by requesting a password reset (you can keep the same password). 

To change your password, once on the Account Preferences page, you just need to click on the Change your password button

On the next screen, at the top you will see the requirements your new password will need to meet in order to be able to save it. The requirements in red will turn green once they are met.

You then just need to enter your existing password, a new password and re-enter the new password in order to confirm it. 

Once you’re happy with that, just click Change Password. The new password will then be saved and you’ll need to use this the next time you go to login with your email and password.

Please note, if you don’t know your current password, you can reset it by requesting a password reset.

To change your email, on the Account Preferences page, click on the Change Email Options button. 

On the next page, you’ll need to enter the new email address you would like to be linked with your Tapestry account.

Once you do this, you’ll see a new field appears underneath and you will need to enter your password in order to be able to proceed with the change. 

When you’re done, just click Save, and the next time you go to login to your Tapestry account, you’ll need to use the new email address.

If you can’t remember your current password to go ahead with the email change, you can reset it by requesting a password reset.
