Palms down hands underneath low spine to elevate tailbone from gound
Flat lower spine to the floor, pull low belly into spine, reach tailbone forward
Tuck the chin, elongate the neck, gaze down midline of body
Reach shoulders down the back, fingertips away from head up
Lift one leg, hover a couple of inches, reach the tailbone forward
Lift the other leg, then do both
Points to consider:
Think of these as a combination of asymmetrical crunches and lengthening the legs away from the spine
