As soon as someone submits a form, their information is automatically sent to your connected Pipedrive CRM. This seamless, automated workflow helps you capture leads faster, keep your contacts and deals organized, and ensure your sales pipeline is always updated with accurate, real-time data.

 

Follow the steps below to connect Pipedrive with your Contact Form 7 forms and streamline your lead management process.

 

Before you begin, ensure both Contact Form 7 and Essential Addons for Contact Form 7 (PRO) are installed on your WordPress site.

Enable Pipedrive Integration

Before connecting your Pipedrive account with Contact Form 7, you need to enable the Pipedrive integration.

Follow the steps below to get started:

 

  • Navigate to the Contact Form 7 menu.
  • Go to Essential Addons.
  • Click the Global Settings tab > Integrations > Pipedrive > Enable Pipedrive Integration.

Configure Pipedrive Settings

Once you activate the Pipedrive Integration toggle, a few additional options will appear. This is where you configure your Pipedrive settings and enter the required credentials to connect your account.

 

Here’s what each field means:

 

  • Pipedrive Token: A Pipedrive API token is a unique authentication key that allows external apps to securely access and interact with your Pipedrive account. Enter your Pipedrive API token to connect your Pipedrive account with Contact Form 7.

How to Access the Pipedrive Token?

To access the Pipedrive Token and other credentials, follow the steps below:

 

  • Log in to your Pipedrive Account.
  • Navigate to Settings > Personal preferencesAPI.
  • Here you will be able to copy the Pipedrive API Token.

Configure Pipedrive Additional Settings

Before collecting and storing lead information from Contact Form 7 to Pipedrive, configuring the additional settings is required. Without these settings, the integration will not function correctly.

 

Follow the guidelines below to configure the settings properly.

 

  • Navigate to Contact Forms to create a new form or edit an existing one.
  • Enter Form Name, customize Form Template, and others.
  • Navigate to Integrations from Essential Addons for Contact Form 7 settings > Pipedrive > Enable Pipedrive Integration if it’s disabled.
  • Email: Select the correct form tag to capture the subscriber’s email address.
  • First Name: Select the correct form tag to capture the subscriber’s first name.
  • Phone Number: Select the correct form tag to capture the subscriber’s phone number.
  • Save Changes once the configuration is complete.

Upon submitting the form, the selected information will be automatically stored in your Pipedrive account directly from Contact Form 7.
