Fluent Support (PRO)

Managing your support contacts should be simple and fully automated. With the Fluent Support integration, every form submission or ticket interaction is instantly captured and synced, eliminating the need for manual data entry or extra setup steps.

 

As soon as a user submits a form or creates a support ticket, their information is automatically added to your selected Fluent Support contact list or workflow. This seamless, hands-free process helps you organize customer conversations efficiently, segment contacts accurately, and manage support interactions using real-time, reliable data.

 

Follow the steps below to connect Fluent Support with your forms and ensure every submission is recorded as a valuable support contact within your helpdesk system.

 

Before you begin, ensure Contact Form 7Essential Addons for Contact Form 7 (PRO), and Fluent Support (PRO) plugins are installed on your WordPress site.

Enable Fluent Support Integration

Before connecting Fluent Support with your forms, you need to enable the Fluent Support integration.

Follow the steps below to get started:

  • Navigate to the Contact Form 7 menu.
  • Go to Essential Addons.
  • Click the Global Settings tab > Integrations > Fluent Support > Enable the Fluent Support Integration.

Configure Fluent Support Additional Settings

Before collecting and storing customer data from Contact Form 7 into Fluent Support, you must properly configure the Fluent Support integration settings. Without completing this setup, the integration will not function as expected.

  • Navigate to Contact Forms to create a new form or edit an existing one.

  • Enter the Form Name, customize the Form Template, and add the required form fields.

  • Navigate to Integrations from Essential Addons for Contact Form 7 settings > Fluent Support. > Enable Fluent Support Integration if it’s disabled.

  • Email: Select the correct form tag to capture the subscriber’s email address.

  • First Name: Select the correct form tag to capture the subscriber’s first name.

  • Last Name: Select the correct form tag to capture the subscriber’s last name.

  • Save Changes once the configuration is complete.

Once the form is submitted, the required and selected information will be automatically stored in the Fluent Support contact records directly from Contact Form 7.
