The Church Validates Bad Boys™ and Punishes them for Converting

The Church affirms Christian young women’s pursuit of secular Chads, thereby betraying the young single Christian men in the church by undermining their chances with the girls. But if a Chad converts, he is rigorously subjected to the machinations of the gynolatrous churchian order, in an effort to change him into a Churchian Beta Boy.

One of the hottest topics discussed around the Christian Manosphere in recent years has been how the modern Western culture has created a gynocentric and sex-centric Sexual Marketplace (SMP), and how this secular SMP has affected and ultimately subsumed the Christian Marriage Marketplace (MMP). As a result, the influences of the surrounding sex-based culture have destroyed traditional Christian mating strategies and decimated Christian marriages.

In case you missed it, or want to refresh, here’s a list of some previous posts on this subject that feed into today’s topic.

Here, I’ll examine a third consequence that has been alluded to in past discussions over the years, but not explicitly addressed in a standalone post: How the Church Validates Bad Boys™ and Punishes them for Converting.

“Overall, I think Sharkly’s got the gist of ‘the modern church and why it’s failing’ pretty well nailed down.”

I guess Thnking is referring to a few recent comments from Sharkly.

If readers find Sharkly’s stance to be disagreeable or offensive, you’ll have to go read his testimony of how his church handled his rebellious, divorce-happy wife, and then you’ll understand his convictions.

Coram Mundo Dominates Mating Dynamics

Some really good comments under the previous post, Church is an Ideal MMP … Unless it is Broken (2026/6/5).

I think this is a key statement from Joe2,

“The young Christian women in Protestant churches want the best of both possible worlds; a man who is both a Christian and who is worldly successful, but worldly success takes precedent. Men who attend church regularly, but lack the credentials (lawyer, CPA, MBA, family business, etc.) for worldly success are viewed as having a lack of masculine drive needed to compete in the world and be an affluent provider.”

If we reverse the sexes and substitute the relevant vectors of attraction, it’s kinda the same way for men seeking a Christian wife.

Church is an Ideal MMP … Unless it is Broken

The MMP within the Church holds so much potential, but that potential is dissipated by idolatry, simpery, poor church leadership, and weak fathers.

The Protestant Reformation 2.0: Resetting the MMP

It’s time for another Reformation.

Theme: The Protestant Reformation 2.0: Resetting the MMP
Length: 250 words
Reading Time: 3 minutes

In June 2026, I’ll be writing about the topics listed below, how it works in Protestant churches, and what needs to change.

  • Mating Markets
  • Sexual Markets
  • Social mechanisms leading to marriage
  • Marriage
  • Outcomes
  • Probably others I haven’t thought of yet

My interest in examining these things afresh is because I believe we’re at a critical time in history in which the Protestant church (or churches) must reassess how it does dating, mating, and marriage. It must. If it does not drastically reform how it does mating and marriage, it will fail by petering out and falling from relevance.

I realized this while I was writing the posts for March 2026, themed, “Cracking Nuts”, in which I picked apart several problems in the church. (Key posts listed below under Related.) Since then, I’ve put some thoughts together that I’ll cover this month.

A decade ago, other noteworthy figures in the Protestant church noticed the attrition of church membership and intradenominational schisms, and realized that the church is in decline. In response, some efforts to redesign doctrines have been made to hold the church together. But sooner or later, these efforts will fail or pass from relevance, and it will certainly happen by the time the great Boomer theologians and their younger acolytes pass on. The reason why this approach won’t work, is because (1) it steps farther away from the true doctrines of the faith, as applied to marriage and family, and (2) it does NOT remedy the root causes:

  • Gynocentrism, which is idolatry
  • The dismissal of male authority in the home and church.
  • The failure of the church to foster marriage-worthy wives
  • The weakening social force and cultural relevancy of the church

So this month’s theme will explore and possibly prophesy of an upcoming event: “The Protestant Reformation 2.0: Resetting the MMP”.

True Kindness vs False ‘Niceness’

They are NOT the same thing.

Readership: Men
Theme: Level Up!; Rationalism; The Christian Red Pill

Intro

Over at Σ Game, Vox Day writes,

“Kindness is an act that is motivated by sympathy or empathy in the receiver’s interest. This is why I part from the dictionary definition of flattery, because even insincere and excessive praise can be kindness rather than an act motivated by self-interest.

For example, if you see a woman who is obviously down in the dumps for one reason or another, telling her how pretty she is or how great she looks in order to cheer her up is an act of kindness, not flattery, assuming that lifting her mood is your primary motivation. Telling a mediocre performer that he’s really doing a great job and you appreciate the effort that he’s putting in is also an act of kindness rather than flattery.”

Sigma Game: Kindness vs Flattery (2025/4/30) [Archive]

True Kindness

According to my understanding of the true spiritual gift of kindness, I differ from both Vox and the dictionary.

My understanding of kindness, which could be described as a metaphysical social skill (Romans 12:8; Galatians 5:22–23), is that…

  • Kindness is the ability to humble one’s self and extend grace in a way that opens the hearts of others.
  • Kindness is expressed through the sincere opening of one’s heart in graceful humility, which induces a similar spiritual posture in another.
  • Kindness engages another person’s Heart Trust and lifts him/her up in the Spirit.

“The woman problem remains unaddressed, and no one in power, certainly not Trump, can speak of it.  But the influencers are now speaking of it.  Now we hear people saying, “Repeal the nineteenth [amendment to the U.S. Constitution]”.

There is a whole lot of talk about young men becoming radicalized — of course, they are not becoming radicalized.  Their political position is, like Trump’s, much the same as it has been since the 1980s.  It is young women who are becoming radicalised, as society fails their shit tests collectively and individually.  If leftist women are not fit to marry, not fit for long-term relationships, are they fit to vote? This is not an idea whose time has come, but it is coming.
