Screen Highlighter Description:
A reliable and useful application that enables users to highlight or create annotations on their screen using only a mouse pointer and dedicated hotkeys.
Screen Highlighter allows to highlight a part of the screen by partially hiding the other parts.
A horizontal bar is visible and the rest is partially hidden. The horizontal bar will follow the position of the mouse pointer.
You can select the height of the horizontal bar and the opacity of the part to hide.
Most of the settings can be controlled with the keyboard or the mouse.
