Classes

In Iyengar Yoga, the postures—āsanas—become lifelong companions.
When we’re healthy, they energise, uplift and deepen our vitality.
When we’re unwell or tired, they become nurturing, restorative and healing.
In class, we explore the depth and breadth of this living, evolving art.
