This logo is a guarantee of high standards in teaching Yoga.
- To be certified as a Level 1 teacher takes at least six years of practice and training. Sarra is Level 3.
- Ongoing training and regular professional development
- Teachers must only teach Iyengar Yoga to retain the purity of Iyengar’s method.
