Yoga FAQs
Please bring a yoga mat and any other yoga equipment- preferably 4 foam blocks, a belt and blanket/towel
Have warm clothes for the relaxation and/or a blanket
Practice on an empty stomach. Make sure that your last big meal was at least 4 hours ago, or a light meal 2 hours ago.
Wear leggings or shorts and a t-shirt. (Running shorts often need cycle shorts underneath) The class is in bare feet.
The Monday and Tuesday classes are perfect for complete Beginners. Drop-in or book the unlimited pass here
I also offer one to one classes for those who want to get up to speed to join one of the other classes.

One to One Classes are the best way to get individual guidance whilst recovering from an injury or surgery, or dealing with a health condition.
The Tuesday 12.30pm is also a good class for recovery.
You may however be fine in the other classes - depends on the injury.

Iyengar Yoga method is particularly helpful in recovery with the use of props.
Booking Classes FAQs
Classes are £16, (£18 for 1 hour and 15 mins).
If you join a regular membership classes are reduced to £12
Full membership classes are reduced to £10
If you need help booking onto classes email Sarra to reserve your space.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to the class for Sarra to show you how to book yourself on next time.
Please bring a card or cash to pay in person instead.

Sarra Yoga Holidays
There are no classes scheduled during Christmas, Easter, May Half-term & August (9 weeks min.)
There may be workshops , extra classes or pop-up online classes during these holiday times.
Memberships
The recurring payment amount is reduced to allow for the weeks of the year when there are no classes scheduled
As a member what happens when I go on holiday?
You can catch up missed classes at any class within a month or so.
You can also request Sarra to email you a link to recorded classes whilst you are holiday.
Please cancel at least 4 hours before the start of the class.
This way you retain your class credit to catch up your missed class.
If you book a class and do not attend this is called a No-Show. The class is still deducted from your pass/membership, or paid for by the drop-in
How to cancel or rechedule a class
Go to your email confirmation that you received when booking. Scroll to the bottom and click cancel or reschedule and follow the steps.
Alternatively log in to your account on the Acuity Scheduling, go to future appointments. You will see an option to cancel there.

Open Members
Please cancel your place on classes if you can not attend to enable someone else to attend.
Sign up to create an account on the Acuity booking system
If you have purchased classes or passes and you can not log in- it is probably because you did not create an account in the first place.
Once you have signed up then book a class. Email me and I can then connect your bookings with your account.
When ever you go to the Acuity Booking through this website
log in.
In that same corner, you can see a drop- down menu where you can
- view appointments
- reshedule/ cancel classes
- view subscription codes
- manage your subscriptions
You will receive an email receipt.
In this receipt there is a coupon code and 'Schedule'. Click on Schedule to book your classes and pay £0 because the coupon code has been applied.
Although we don’t think you’ll ever want a refund, we do offer refunds.
If you make mistaken purchases our team will bring this to your attention and refund any extra payments.
There is a cooling off period with all purchases of 2 weeks in which you can cancel for a full refund.
If you have attended classes these would be deducted from the total amount at the drop-in rate.
Workshops are non-refundable after the 2 week cooling off period. They are however transferable .PLease notify Sarra Yoga of the person who will take your place.
Memberships FAQS
The Memberships are a recurring payments by direct debit, every 4 weeks.
The Passes are a single payment, from your card.
If you want to come to two or more classes a week then go for Open Membership.
If you want to attend one class most weeks, and some weeks more than one, go for Regular Membership
If you go on holiday for 2 months are year , especially if they are not in August/ Christmas and Easter, then go for a Class Pass.
Membership subscriptiions last for a year. After the year please renew by purchasing another membership.
Please renew your membership within a week, otherwise you may not attend classes and there is a re-joining fee.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel early this must be after the minimum term of 3 months.
Please note that when you want to start up a new membership there must be 6 months gap (or request the £45 re-joining fee.)
Memberships gives you access to studio, online or recorded classes & some workshops for a year.
Payments are for the same amount every 4 weeks for 13 payments total.
The amount payable is based on attending a class, most weeks, at £12 per class. This takes into consideration 9 weeks a year when there are no scheduled classes.
You can catch up any missed classes before or after any holiday/ illness.
At the end of a year
Once the membership has completed its year
- It is no longer possible to attend classes with that Membership coupon code
- Please take out another membership to continue to attend classes.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your Account with Acuity on the Book page.
You can then cancel your Membership from your account.
Please note that once you cancel your subscription it can not be renewed till after 6 months or a £45 joining fee
Your Membership and the ability to attend classes with that membership, expires 4 weeks after your last payment, if there is no renewal payment.

View your Subscription by going to the yellow button BOOK and select log in on the top right hand corner of the scheduler.

The regular subscription is based on attending a class, most weeks, at £12 per class. It is £40 every 4 weeks allowing for holidays. Once the membership has expired it is no longer possible to attend classes with that Membership code.
