RSCC 2.04

RSCC by RSupport is a lightweight client used to join secure, on‑demand remote support sessions on the RSupport RemoteCall platform. It lets a support representative view or control your screen with your permission, diagnose problems, transfer files, and guide you in real time. RSCC is typically launched from a unique session link or code provided by your support agent and runs as a temporary module, so it usually doesn’t require a full installation.

• Attended remote support: Screen sharing and remote control only with your explicit consent
• Easy start: Join sessions via a one-time code or link; minimal setup
• Tools for troubleshooting: File transfer, chat, system information, screenshots, and optional session recording (as enabled by the technician)
