All attendees, including Speakers, Sponsors and Delegates will be required to show photo ID at a number of check points.
QR codes will be sent out as an email from the registration provider and it's possible that this may have landed in your junk, or clutter folder. You will need to present this QR code either in hard copy or on your phone to gain entry. You will not be granted access without this and there are no onsite registration facilities.
Attendees will be subject to mandatory bag checks and metal detectors. To ensure a smooth process, aim to arrive at least 25 minutes early to get through security and registration.
You’ll find the Business Design Centre right in the beating heart of Islington, with excellent public transport links to Central London. You can easily reach the BDC via bus, London Underground and Overground.
It’s easy to reach the BDC by car. Visit their Parking section to find our address for your sat nav and to pre-book your parking space.
If you choose to cycle to the BDC, they offer free cycle storage in their on-site car park.

The Business Design Centre have a limited number of wheelchairs available for hire to BDC visitors. Please call their concierge team on 0207 288 6475 to book your wheelchair. Please bring proof of identification to confirm your booking.
There are accessible toilets on each level of the venue. Restrooms are accessible with a RADAR key (we keep a spare key in reception). Each toilet has low reach door handles and an emergency pull cord alarm.

All of the reception desks are fitted with DDA-compliant registration points for people in wheelchairs.
All levels of the venue are accessible via passenger lifts, with low-reach buttons, braille, back mirrors and distress alarms. Every staircase in the BDC has handrails. All publicly-accessible areas of the venue are well-lit.
