Utilità Srl was founded in Vicenza in 1992 with the aim of serving, as a subcontractor, companies without an in-house mechanical workshop for the goldsmith and watchmaking sectors. Since 2004, it has also focused on the aeronautical sector, before expanding into oral implantology, orthopedics, spinal surgery, maxillofacial surgery, and precision micromechanics.

This vision is geared toward developing a "full" industrial cost, usable for both management, commercial, and margin measurement purposes, as well as for statutory requirements. It also includes the timely production of structured reporting, capable of meeting the information needs of the group to which it belongs (Valtecne Group). Finally, it aims to make key information available directly in the operational contexts of end users, such as the sales force and plant management, promoting the effective and widespread use of data to support decision-making.

A cost calculation system based on the "Full Costing" method has been developed, allowing for the precise determination of the hourly cost of each machine used in mechanical processing. This approach ensures greater transparency and accuracy in industrial cost assessments, also supporting the creation of commercial quotes.

Integrated reporting has been developed that combines sales data with order flows, enabling reliable year-end projections. This tool ensures constantly updated information, including for group management.

Procedures and tools have been introduced to enable rapid and highly accurate monthly closings, meeting the parent company's timely requirements and improving financial and financial governance.

A system for measuring profitability at the individual order, customer, and product levels has been implemented, including EBIT calculations and indirect cost allocation drivers, which are automatically updated daily. This allows for detailed profitability monitoring and for guiding operational and commercial decisions toward greater efficiency.
