Autotask can be complicated and so getting the full use out of Proxuma can sometimes take some adjusting. For this, we offer a free chat service with our Proxuma specialists, right in your product. We’re also always willing to jump on a call if needed and for a true boost to your Autotask configuration, our Autotask consulting company Dxfferent is available for free intake calls.

We want to make your whole MSP more profitable with Proxuma, but that doesn’t mean everyone has to adopt it. The last thing we want is for you to have to convince everyone to adopt a new product, one that stands in between an engineer and their time tracking in Autotask. That’s why Proxuma is built for the Planners and Project Managers first.

That said, if other people get value out of it they can use Proxuma as well. Engineers can see their timeline, as well as their projects in Proxuma. In their Outlook, Proxuma provides a deeplink to the ticket you’ve scheduled for them so they are always just one click away from where you want them to be.

Setting up Proxuma is done within 1 hour. Simply register, connect and you are ready to go. The initial syncing can take up to 24 hours depending on the size of your database.

Proxuma is built to scale. We can integrate with any PSA software vendor that has sufficient API access. We prioritise the integration of other vendors based on demand, feel free to ask or suggest!

Yes you can! You either create them from scratch, of from a template and quickly slot them into the right place by dragging and dropping. With our bulk edit feature, you can move multiple tasks or projects on the fly, while we move their attached service calls for you and resolve any new calendar conflicts created by that. The trial 14 days, completely free, where we help you get the most out of Proxuma and Autotask with as many live sessions as you want.

Later, you can always commit for 12 or 36 months to lock in your price, and het an automatic 10% or 20% additional discount. The commitment is flexible, in that you can always swap licenses within the organisation. Your commitment is essentially for a number of licences, not a type of license.
