CCU2EN Ethernet Module Firmware Update is a tool to update the Ethernet module on the CCU2EN, the CCU for the legacy EN2 system.


Note* – Field Service App (FSA) Account Information

The Polara Field Service Application (FSA) for iOS and Android allows users to create an account with an email and password. This account grants direct access within the FSA to the Polara Audio Library. No cost is associated with this account and no information is gathered beyond the user’s Name, E-Mail Address and Password. If you have created an account and now wish to delete the account, you can do this directly within the Field Service Application by logging into your account, tapping the account icon in the bottom right of the screen. Then select the Edit Profile option. On the bottom of the screen will be an option to delete the account. This will delete the user’s account and any and all stored data associated with that account. If you no longer have the FSA installed and wish to delete your account, simply fill out this request form stating that you wish to delete your Polara Audio Library account. Include your Name and the E-Mail address associated with the account and it will be deleted within a few days. Alternatively, request account deletion by contacting Tech Support directly via telephone at 903 366 0300 ext. 4.
