Polar Daemon

Polar Daemon is a lightweight background service from Polar Electro Oy that keeps your Polar devices and Polar Flow in sync on your computer. Installed alongside Polar FlowSync, it automatically detects connected devices, transfers training data and settings, and helps deliver firmware updates—so your information stays current without manual steps.

Running quietly in the background, Polar Daemon starts with your computer and uses minimal system resources. When needed, it also provides diagnostic logs to assist with troubleshooting connection or sync issues.
