The Studio reflects a slower, more personal pace of life. Set within a conserved shophouse, it carries the quiet charm of its surroundings while remaining discreetly tucked away from view. The space is intimate and unhurried, allowing for a deeper focus on movement without distraction. Here, time feels slightly softened, creating an environment that encourages presence, familiarity, and ease.

 

 

At The Space, the experience shifts. Positioned within the structure and energy of the city, the studio is conceived as a deliberate contrast to its surroundings. Clean, composed, and quietly removed, it offers a moment of stillness within the rhythm of the workday. The space is purposeful and refined, designed for clarity of mind and precision of movement. It is a place to recalibrate before returning outward.

Piladay Academy

A Considered Approach to Teaching

Piladay Academy is dedicated to both foundational education and the continued advancement of practice. In addition to our Pilates Instructor Training programmes, the academy offers a curated series of workshops and seminars designed to deepen knowledge, refine technique, and support ongoing professional development for practitioners and instructors alike.


Within our Pilates Instructor Training, practitioners are introduced to the foundational exercise principles established by Joseph Pilates, while also exploring contemporary advancements that reflect a more evolved and considered approach to movement education.


Central to our methodology is the K style of Pilates, which integrates traditional Pilates principles with influences drawn from Korean practices. This approach brings together precise movement, mindful awareness, and rehabilitative understanding, creating a practice that supports both physical strength and mental well-being.
