Questions before you register
Do I need any tech experience?
Not at all. We walk you through everything from scratch. If you can use email, you can do this workshop.
What do I need to bring?
Bring your hardware. A laptop or a Mac Mini if you have one. We'll walk you through the setup process live during the session so you leave with AI installed and ready to use. A clean, wiped machine gives the best results but isn't required.
How much does the workshop cost?
$20 per person. You get the Control Zones framework, a live setup walkthrough, and you leave with a working AI co-worker installed on your own hardware. That's a lot of value for $20.
Can I join virtually?
Yes. You can choose to attend in-person at Fractal Workspace in Kingston or virtually via Google Meet. Please note that in-person sessions require a minimum of 5 registrants to run. If the minimum isn't met, you'll be moved to the virtual session for that date and we'll let you know in advance.

Do I keep the AI co-worker I build?
Absolutely. Everything runs on your own machine. The AI co-worker you build is yours, no subscriptions and no lock-in.
What happens after the workshop?
You leave with a working AI co-worker and the knowledge to use it. If you want to go further and scale AI across multiple roles in your business, ask about our Order of Work program. It's a hands-on AI adoption program with limited availability.
