1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing orderofwork.com or purchasing any service from Order of Work, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase services.
2. Services
Order of Work provides AI implementation consulting services including workshops, personal AI setup, and full beta programs. Service descriptions and pricing are subject to change. Changes will not affect active engagements without written agreement.
3. Payments and Billing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe in Canadian Dollars (CAD). For the Beta Program, a $3,000 hardware and API setup fee plus the first monthly payment are due at sign-up. Remaining monthly fees are billed for 9 additional months.
4. Refund Policy
Workshop fees ($20) are non-refundable but transferable to a future session with 24 hours notice. Personal AI Setup ($1,750): Refundable minus $250 if cancelled more than 48 hours before the session. Beta Program: The $3,000 setup fee is non-refundable once hardware has been configured. Monthly fees may be refunded pro-rata if cancelled within the first 30 days.
5. Hardware and API Costs
The Beta Program includes a one-time $3,000 hardware and API setup fee. In most cases, this covers all required API costs. Additional API costs may be required depending on usage volume. Order of Work will notify you before any additional charges are incurred.
Hardware becomes property of the client upon full completion of the 10-month program.
6. Data and Privacy
AI systems built through Order of Work run on dedicated hardware managed by Order of Work. Client business data does not leave the hardware unless explicitly configured. See our Privacy Policy for website data collection details.
7. AI Chat
The website features AI-powered chat. By using chat features, you acknowledge conversations are recorded for quality assurance and follow-up.
8. Intellectual Property
The Order of Work methodology and Control Zones framework are intellectual property of Order of Work. AI co-workers and configurations built for clients are owned by the client.
9. Limitation of Liability
Order of Work does not guarantee specific business outcomes. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
