Complete the onboarding doc

After booking, we send you an onboarding document. You fill in details about your role, your daily tasks, your communication style, and what you want your AI co-worker to handle. This is what makes the AI yours, not generic.

Step 02 · During

We build it together in 2 hours

You bring your Mac Mini. We install the AI platform, configure your co-worker's persona using your onboarding doc, set up your workflows, and test everything live. You'll see it working before we're done.

Step 03 · After

Walk away ready to work

You leave with a fully configured AI co-worker running on your own hardware. It knows your role, your tone, and your priorities. Everything is documented so you can refine it on your own.

Apple Mac Mini

Your AI runs locally on your Mac Mini — not in the cloud. This keeps your data private and gives you full control. If you don't have one yet, we can advise on the right configuration before your session.

Preparation

Completed onboarding doc

We send this after you book. It covers your role, daily tasks, communication style, common scenarios, and what you want automated. The more detail you provide, the better your AI co-worker will be.

Your Time

2 uninterrupted hours

This is a focused build session. Block your calendar, close your email, and come ready to work. We'll move fast and you'll leave with something real.

Why does it have to be a Mac Mini?
The Mac Mini offers the best balance of performance, size, and value for running local AI models. Apple Silicon (M-series chips) is particularly good at AI workloads. It sits on your desk, runs quietly, and keeps all your data on hardware you own.
Which Mac Mini do I need?
We recommend an M2 or M4 Mac Mini with at least 16GB of unified memory. If you're unsure, mention it when you book and we'll advise on the right spec for your use case before you purchase.
What's in the onboarding doc?
It covers your role, the tasks you do daily and weekly, your communication style, examples of emails or content you typically produce, and what you'd like your AI co-worker to handle. Think of it as a briefing document for your new team member.
Is this in-person or virtual?
Both options are available. In-person sessions happen at Fractal Workspace in Kingston. Virtual sessions work over Google Meet with screen sharing. Either way, you'll need your Mac Mini powered on and connected.
What if I want AI for my whole team?

Do I keep everything after the session?
Absolutely. The AI co-worker runs on your Mac Mini. There are no subscriptions, no cloud dependencies, and no lock-in. Everything is yours.

You'll have documentation for everything we built. If you need further support, you can book another session or ask about our ongoing monthly reassessment option.
