In an emergency, U.S. citizens in Oman can contact us anytime at +968-2464-3400 or via the ACS Navigator.  The regular business hours for our American Citizens Services (ACS) Unit is 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, however if a U.S. citizen calls outside these hours, U.S. citizens may ask to speak with the duty officer who will be able to assist. Please note that the duty officer cannot respond to visa, or other non-emergency questions, nor can the duty officer assist non-U.S. citizens.
