Samuel John Essien is a dynamic Christian leader, teacher, and transformational voice with a deep passion for raising believers who live intentionally in the reality of Christ’s finished work; with clarity, conviction, and spiritual insight, he communicates God’s Word in a way that challenges hearts, ignites faith, and calls people into deeper consecration, while his message centers on identity in Christ, victorious living, and the responsibility of every believer to walk in holiness and purpose, and as a dedicated student at the University of the People, he continues to build a strong academic and spiritual foundation that supports his mission to inspire, equip, and challenge a generation to grow in spiritual depth, stand firm in truth, and become lasting vessels of impact in their world and beyond.

  • The empty tomb is heaven’s loudest declaration:
You are redeemed. You are restored. You are victorious.

    So rise above fear.
    Rise above doubt.
    Rise above every limitation.
He got up… so you can rise too.

  • Good Friday is not just a memory; it is a reminder.
A reminder that grace has a price.
A reminder that love is sacrificial.
A reminder that redemption is real.

Today, may we not just admire the Cross—
may we embrace the life it has given us.

  • As we approach the Good Friday memorial day, considering the finished work on the cross—He paid it all for us so that we might live a debt-free life from sin here on earth through to eternity—but it remains our responsibility to be intentional about our Christian living.

Let this season break our hearts again, not in sorrow alone, but in gratitude; for every drop of His blood speaks of love, every pain He bore speaks of our freedom.

May we not take lightly what cost Him everything—let us live daily in surrender, in holiness, and in deep reverence, because the cross was not just an event, it was a price… paid for you and me.

  • From John 16:33:

“In the midst of wars and unrest around me, I will not be shaken, for Christ has overcome the world—my victory is already secured in Him.”
    Thank you Jesus.
