  • There was a question on whether a Woman can Pastor a Church or not.
My response was yes, that a woman can pastored a Chirch.

My argument was that, there was no place where Jesus Christ instructed that, women should not Pastor or preach in a church.

When God Fights for His People

    Scripture

    Joshua 10:12–13 (NKJV)
Then Joshua spoke to the Lord in the day when the Lord delivered up the Amorites before the children of Israel and he said in the sight of Israel Sun stand still over Gibeon and Moon in the Valley of Aijalon So the sun stood still and the moon stopped till the people had revenge upon their enemies Is this not written in the Book of Jasher So the sun stood still in the midst of heaven and did not hasten to go down for about a whole day

Trusting God for What Is Impossible

Joshua chapter 10 records one of the most extraordinary miracles in Scripture. Israel is fighting to defend the Gibeonites, and the battle stretches beyond daylight. In a moment of bold faith, Joshua prays an impossible prayer. He asks God to stop the sun and the moon so the victory can be completed.

God responds. The Creator of time and nature intervenes on behalf of His people. The miracle is not meant to highlight Joshua’s power, but God’s faithfulness. The battle belonged to the Lord, and He extended the day so His purposes could be fulfilled.

This chapter shows us that when God is fighting for His people, nothing is beyond His control. The natural order obeys the voice of the Creator. God moves heaven and earth to accomplish His will and to bring victory to those who walk in obedience.

For believers today, Joshua 10 reminds us that God is not limited by time, resources, or circumstances. When we walk in alignment with His purposes, we can pray boldly and trust Him with outcomes that seem impossible. God still fights for His people.

    Reflection Questions

    1. Do I believe God can intervene in impossible situations

    2. Am I willing to pray bold prayers when obedience requires it

    3. How does knowing God fights for me strengthen my faith

    Prayer

Lord God, thank You that nothing is too difficult for You. Teach me to trust You fully and to pray with bold faith when I face impossible situations. I believe You fight for me and that Your power is limitless. In Jesus name, Amen.

  • Baptism
To me baptism is not a symbolic but a requirement for one to be saved. When Jesus was baptised, the Holy Spirit descended on him inform of a dove and I believed as many that are baptised, the Holy Spirit descend on the person and God making a proclamation like that of Jesus.

    What do you think?
