I have been a Christian for 60 years, involved in an Evangelistic Ministry for most of that time. God has been Faithful, and kept my wife and I in good health for the past 53 years. We have two sons, the eldest is an American Citizen living with his family in Texas, while the youngest still lives in my home town.

  • The Blood of Jesus Christ has never lost it's POWER!
    When a lady challenged me, who my Lord was, I told her my Lord was the Christ of the Cross who shed His Precious Blood to Cleanse and Protect me from all Sin!
    She passed out in front of me!

  • The name of Jesus is so sweet,
    I love its music to repeat;
    It makes my joys full and complete,
    The precious name of Jesus!

    Refrain:
    “Jesus,” oh, how sweet the name!
    “Jesus,” every day the same;
    “Jesus,” let all saints proclaim
    Its worthy praise forever!

    I love the name of Him whose heart
    Knows all my griefs and bears a part;
    Who bids all anxious fears depart,
    I love the name of Jesus!

    That name I fondly love to hear,
    It never fails my heart to cheer;
    Its music dries the falling tear,
    Exalt the name of Jesus!

    No word of man can ever tell
    How sweet the name I love so well;
    Oh, let its praises ever swell,
    Oh, praise the name of Jesus!

  • I have been officially retired since 2010, although I did a couple of Mission trips to Mexico in 2018/19.
    I thought that my travelling days were over I am 80 next birthday. Back in March, I put an old cassette tape into the machine, to listen to a message of the man of God who mobilised me for missions in 1976. As I listened to the testimonies in my lounge, the Holy Spirit came upon me, and I cried, and cried, and cried, when it was over, I said to my wife, " I'm going to do another Mission" we are flying to India on the 3rd December. We value your prayers.

  • MY TESTIMONY OF FREEDOM FROM TYPE TWO DIABETES.

    My first realisation that something was wrong, was Christmas 2009. We were with our son and his family in Texas. One evening, his wife’s mother, a nurse, tested her sugar levels, and suggested that she would like to check mine. My reading was sky high, and she told me that with that reading, I should be in hospital, and advised me to see my doctor when I got home.

    In January 2010, my doctor confirmed that I was pre diabetic, and advised me to go on a short course in order to learn what I should eat. I was advised to cut down on fatty food, and eat more ( healthy) carbs. They told me to knock out all processed confectionery, and eat a lot of fruit and veg. I really tried hard to follow this advice but, since I had already been living a relatively healthy life-style, I didn’t lose much weight. A little while later, when I was called for a diabetes blood test, the small bottle of lucozade they gave me, spiked me so high, my doctor told me that I was now a type 2 diabetic, and gave me a prescription of Metformin to take three times a day.

    I realised that the diet that I was put on, was not making any difference, so in 2014 having done some research online, I came across a diet plan for diabetics that seemed totally the opposite to what I was on. As a Christian, I prayed about what to do, and I decided to commit and go on a ketogenic diet. At that point I was 189 lbs. Sue (my wife) joined me for a two-week trial and then having lost 3 or 4 lbs we went full throttle into the diet.

    A few days later, I began to feel dizzy, and then I felt weak and a bit unsteady, so we went online to check if this had anything to do with the diet, and learned that I was experiencing ‘Keto Flu’. It lasted for 3 days. Soon after that we went down to Symonds Yat, to do some walking and it was on that week-end that I realised just how much fitter I felt and how much weight I had lost. My food diet consisted of lots of fats, found in meat, cheese, cream, oily fish and avocados, even a full English breakfast! I also ate lots of green veggies and salad. Not much fruit, unfortunately, except berries but by substituting almond flour and coconut flour for higher carb wheat flour I continued to enjoy tiramisu, cheese cake and crumbles. What’s not to love!

    My doctor called me in for another diabetes blood test, and when he saw me, his response was, ….”don’t know what you are doing Mr Prosser, but you look fantastic” at that point my weight was 147 lbs. The doctor took me off the medication, and a little while later, after another blood sugar test, phoned to tell me that I was no longer type 2 diabetic. I had lost 42 lbs.

    These days I recognise that at least 80% of the produce on supermarket shelves are geared to obesity, and have learnt the importance of reading food labels carefully. For instance, I picked up some sausages, looked at the carbs value and saw that with the added cereal was quite high. So I then picked up another pack with lower carbs, and chose those instead.

    Today I rejoice that not only is my diabetes cured but as an added bonus so too has my back pain, which had gradually increased with age. I give God the Glory, because He helped in those times I felt like giving up.

  • John 15 v 16 has been the foundation scripture of the ministry that God brought me into. It was HIM that chose me/us, and HIM that ordained me/us to be fruitful. To me, this means that the Christian experience is never about us, but all about HIM.
    MY FRIENDS, WHEN JESUS CHOSE YOU AND I, HE HAD FAITH IN HIS CHOICE.

  • MY TESTIMONY, APRIL 1966.
    “I’m sorry, Dave, but I can’t make it tonight, after all. Something’s cropped up. It was the voice of Ros, my girlfriend, and she was cancelling our date.
    “What am I going to do now?” I thought. “I don’t want to just sit around at home on a Saturday night.” But there only seemed one alternative which didn’t really grab me at all, and that was to go to a young people’s church get-together.
    My father was the lay-pastor of a local Baptist church and having been brought up to attend church twice on a Sunday, plus the Sunday school, I considered myself a Christian. But now at twenty years of age I reasoned I had better things to do on a Saturday night than to get another dose of religion!
    “Oh well,” I sighed, “There doesn’t seem to be anything worth watching on TV, so I may as well go to the meeting.”
    So, eight-o’clock came and I knocked on the door of the home where the meeting was being held. Although, looking around, I knew most of the young people who had gathered, I felt a little awkward and out of place, but I didn’t know why.
    Two evangelists had been working with the churches in our town and one of them was the speaker at the meeting. We sang a few choruses out of Youth Praise and then there was another knock on the door. And who should walk in but my sister Kate accompanied by none other than Ros, the girlfriend. I later learned that it was Kate who had persuaded Ros to cancel the date hoping and praying that I would turn up to this meeting! Jesus answered their prayer, it worked.
    Eventually the evangelist stood up to speak and using the story of David and Goliath as his illustration, he began to speak of a ‘giant of sin’ in our lives. Although I hadn’t done anything really bad and had attended church all my life, I realised, as he spoke, that I too was a sinner and needed to be saved. I didn’t respond publicly that night but when I got home, I sat up in bed and prayed a simple prayer of repentance. I asked Jesus to forgive me all of my sin and to wash me clean with His precious blood, and to come into my heart, and then I added something else: ‘and Lord, please let the Book come alive in my experience. At that moment I knew, that I knew, that Jesus had come into my life. I had so much Joy.
    I lay down that night with a greater sense of peace than I had ever known. My life has never been the same since. Since that night, I have had the privilege of sharing this GOOD NEWS in 41 Nations, and led many to Jesus, and seen so many healed and delivered for the Glory of God.
