How to Set Up Automatic Sync Schedules

Requirements

Automatic sync scheduling is available on Pro, Agency, and Enterprise plans. The Free plan supports manual sync only.

Steps

1. Go to LightSync Pro → Albums
2. For each album, project, or folder, select a schedule from the dropdown:
   • 15 Minutes — Frequently updated albums
   • 30 Minutes — Active projects
   • Hourly — Regular updates
   • Every 6 Hours — Moderate updates
   • Twice Daily — Occasional updates
   • Daily — Low-frequency updates
   • Off — Manual sync only
3. Click Save

How It Works

LightSync Pro uses WordPress cron to run scheduled syncs. Each sync checks for new or modified images and imports them automatically to WordPress, Shopify, and/or Syncific Hub.
