What cloud platforms are supported?
LightSync Pro supports Adobe Lightroom, Canva, Figma, Dropbox, and AI image generation via OpenRouter. All five platforms sync to both WordPress and Shopify.
Is there a free version?
Yes. LightSync Pro (Free) lets you manually sync images from Lightroom, Canva, Figma, and Dropbox to WordPress and Shopify with WebP optimization and no usage limits.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free supports manual sync to WordPress and Shopify. Pro adds scheduled syncs, background updates, AVIF output, AI insights, Performance Analytics, A/B Testing, Chrome Extension (Lightroom) and priority support.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. You can upgrade from monthly to yearly anytime to lock in savings. Contact support to switch billing intervals.
Do I need to export or re-upload images?
No. LightSync Pro connects directly to your cloud platforms and syncs images automatically—no exports, ZIP files, or manual uploads.
What happens if I cancel my plan?
Your synced images remain in WordPress and Shopify. Automation and Pro features stop, but nothing is deleted or locked.
Does this affect my existing Media Library?
No. LightSync Pro only manages images it syncs from connected cloud platforms and does not modify existing media.
Is my cloud account secure?
Yes. Authentication is handled securely via official OAuth flows. LightSync Pro never stores your passwords.
Does syncing slow down my site?
No. Syncing runs in the background and images are optimized for performance before being added to WordPress or Shopify.
Can I use this on multiple sites?
