1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, activating, or using LightSync Pro, you (“User,” “you”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not install or use the Plugin.
These Terms govern your use of the LightSync Pro software, related services, and any integrations with third-party platforms, including Adobe Lightroom, Figma, Dropbox, Canva, Shutterstock, Shopify, OpenRouter, HubSpot, Contentful, Bynder, and Brandfolder APIs.
2. Definitions
For purposes of these Terms:
- “Service” means LightSync Pro, including the WordPress plugin, Syncific Hub, browser extensions, background processing services, APIs, and related tools.
- “Plugin” means the LightSync Pro WordPress plugin.
- “Syncific Hub” means the enterprise multi-site distribution feature of LightSync Pro.
- “User Content” means media or data synchronized from third-party platforms to your WordPress site, Shopify store, HubSpot portal, or other destinations.
- “Third-Party Services” means platforms, APIs, hosting providers, or tools not operated by Tag Team Design, including Adobe, Figma, Dropbox, Canva, Shutterstock, Shopify, HubSpot, Contentful, Bynder, Brandfolder, OpenRouter, OpenAI, Anthropic, and WordPress.
- “AI Features” means optional features including AI image generation via OpenRouter, performance tracking, A/B testing, and AI visual analysis.
3. Description of Service
LightSync Pro is a software solution that enables users to synchronize media assets between third-party cloud platforms (including Adobe Lightroom Cloud, Figma, Dropbox, Canva, and Shutterstock), generate images via AI models through OpenRouter, and distribute those assets to destination platforms (WordPress websites, Shopify stores, HubSpot portals, Contentful spaces, Bynder portals, and Brandfolder libraries — including multi-site distribution via Syncific Hub).
The Service functions as an automation, integration, and distribution tool only. LightSync Pro does not host, store, edit, publish, curate, or control User Content.
Synchronization is performed on a best-effort basis and may be delayed, interrupted, incomplete, or affected by third-party services, server environments, API availability, or external system behavior outside our control.
4. License and Ownership
Team Taggart LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Plugin on your own WordPress site(s) in accordance with your subscription plan.
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Plugin
- Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Plugin or its API integrations
- Circumvent licensing, usage limits, or security mechanisms
All intellectual property rights in LightSync Pro remain the exclusive property of Team Taggart LLC. The broker architecture is protected under U.S. Patent Application No. 19/440,404.
All intellectual property rights in third-party software, APIs, and trademarks remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.
Certain features require a valid license key or paid subscription. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
5. Integration with Third-Party APIs
LightSync Pro integrates with third-party platforms via their official APIs and operates under each platform’s applicable developer and product-specific terms:
Adobe Lightroom
Figma
Dropbox
Canva
Shutterstock
Shopify
OpenRouter
HubSpot (via Syncific Hub)
Contentful (via Syncific Hub)
Bynder (via Syncific Hub)
Brandfolder (via Syncific Hub)
By using LightSync Pro, you authorize access to your connected accounts solely for the purpose of synchronizing and distributing assets between platforms.
LightSync Pro does not permanently store cloud platform media on Tag Team Design servers.
6. AI Features & User-Provided API Keys
LightSync Pro includes optional AI-powered features:
AI Image Generation (OpenRouter)
- This feature connects to OpenRouter via OAuth to generate images from text prompts using third-party AI models (including Flux, DALL-E, Gemini, Stable Diffusion, and others)
- Generated images are saved directly to your WordPress Media Library and processed through the same optimization pipeline as all other synced images
- Prompts and optional reference images are sent directly from your WordPress installation to OpenRouter
- You are solely responsible for:
- Compliance with OpenRouter’s Terms of Service
- All usage costs associated with your OpenRouter account
- The prompts you submit and the content generated
- Ensuring generated content complies with applicable laws and platform policies
- Tag Team Design is not responsible for the content, quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of AI-generated images
Performance Tracking & A/B Testing
- These features store data locally in your WordPress database
- No external API calls are required for basic performance tracking
- You are responsible for compliance with applicable privacy laws regarding visitor tracking on your website
AI Visual Analysis (Optional)
- This feature requires you to provide your own OpenAI or Anthropic API key
- API requests are made directly from your WordPress installation to the AI provider
- You are solely responsible for:
- Compliance with OpenAI’s or Anthropic’s Terms of Service
- All usage costs associated with your API key
- The content you submit for analysis
- Securing your API key
- Tag Team Design is not responsible for any charges, errors, or issues arising from your use of third-party AI services
7. Syncific Hub (Enterprise)
Syncific Hub enables multi-site distribution of assets to unlimited WordPress, Shopify, HubSpot, Contentful, Bynder, and Brandfolder destinations.
- You are responsible for obtaining authorization from each destination site before distributing content
- Destination site credentials (Application Passwords, OAuth tokens) are stored encrypted within your WordPress installation
- You are responsible for managing access permissions and revoking tokens when no longer needed
- Tag Team Design is not responsible for content distribution errors, permission issues, or unauthorized access resulting from misconfigured destination connections
8. Privacy & Data Handling
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how limited technical and operational data is handled.
Authentication occurs directly through each platform’s official OAuth 2.0 implementation. LightSync Pro does not store passwords or credentials for any connected platform. OAuth credentials are secured via our patented broker architecture.
You remain responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws related to your content, websites, and destination sites.
9. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and third-party terms
- Maintain control of your platform credentials and API keys
- Ensure your hosting environment, WordPress installation, themes, and plugins remain secure and compatible
- Maintain backups of your website and media
- Review and validate synchronized and AI-generated assets
- Ensure AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and destination platform policies before distribution
- Obtain appropriate authorization before distributing content to destination sites via Syncific Hub
- Avoid misuse, abuse, scraping, or unauthorized redistribution of content
You acknowledge that:
- Third-Party Services may impose rate limits, outages, API changes, or restrictions
- Synchronization behavior may be affected by external systems outside our control
- We are not responsible for failures caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, plugins, or themes
- AI-generated content may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or inconsistent — you are responsible for reviewing all generated content
- When synchronization is enabled, the connected cloud media source is treated as the authoritative source for synchronized assets, and changes made upstream may be reflected on your destination sites
10. Fees and Subscriptions
LightSync Pro offers free and paid subscription plans. All plans include unlimited albums, projects, folders, and images. Paid plans add automatic sync scheduling, and Enterprise plans include Syncific Hub distribution.
Billing Options
- Paid subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually, as selected at checkout
- Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled
- Annual subscriptions renew automatically each year until cancelled
Payment Processing
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- You authorize recurring charges according to your selected billing interval
AI Generation Costs
- AI image generation costs are billed separately through your OpenRouter account
- Tag Team Design does not charge for or control AI generation pricing
- Cost estimates displayed in the plugin are approximations — actual costs are determined by OpenRouter
Changes
- Pricing, features, limits, and availability may change with reasonable notice
- You may upgrade from monthly to annual billing at any time
- Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period
Refunds
- Unless otherwise stated or required by law, fees are non-refundable
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period
11. Feedback and Suggestions
If you provide feedback, ideas, feature requests, or suggestions regarding the Service, you grant Tag Team Design a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to use and incorporate such feedback without obligation or compensation.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
LightSync Pro is provided “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” and “WITH ALL FAULTS.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Accuracy, reliability, or availability
- Compatibility with all environments
- Accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, security, or protection against data loss, delays, or failures.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- No Indirect Damages: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or economic damages, including loss of revenue, profits, data, SEO impact, downtime, or business interruption.
- Liability Cap: Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
- Third-Party Failures: We are not liable for failures caused by third-party services, hosting environments, WordPress updates, plugins, themes, AI providers, or external systems.
- AI Features: We are not liable for any costs, errors, content issues, or consequences arising from your use of AI image generation, AI analysis features, or user-provided API keys.
- Multi-Site Distribution: We are not liable for content distribution errors, permission issues, or unauthorized access resulting from Syncific Hub configurations.
Some jurisdictions may limit these exclusions.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Team Taggart LLC from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Service
- Your User Content, including AI-generated content
- Your use of AI features, user-provided API keys, and OpenRouter services
- Your distribution of content via Syncific Hub to destination sites
- Violations of applicable law or third-party terms
- Breaches of these Terms
15. Termination & Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
Upon termination, all rights granted under these Terms immediately cease.
16. Changes to the Service
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability. Features, pricing, and availability are subject to change.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado.
18. Updates to Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
