About

It is here I blend fact and fiction, simplicity and complexity, with a fair amount of insight, vulnerability, and uncertainty.  Here I grow, discover who I am, and attempt to put together the pieces of this puzzle called life. Creating poetry (lots of poetry), personal quotes, flash fiction (and non-fiction), essays, and random musings that are infused with love and passion.  You may also see a fair amount of music videos.

The dharma, and nature, help me along the path of discovery and widen my scope of understanding.  I am focused on continually expanding my physical, mental, and social/emotional health.  I work to reach a higher plane of consciousness through meditation and study, as well as being in my body in stillness and movement.  : )

I create out of necessity, as an extension of love, and to offer my gifts.  Please leave me a comment if something I write makes you laugh, cry, peeks your curiosity, or inspires you….or for any other reason you should feel so compelled.

Making connections with others, here in the U.S., and around the world, makes blogging such an amazing experience.
