I can only be here for a moment. Sadness in that. I have to get ready for my Qigong class. I look forward to reuniting with my students after a two week absence. We will ease into the day with just a handful of extended exercises.
Once again, it’s hard to split my time between my many loves. Today I will make a list of goals for the year, a suggestion from the business lawyer I met with yesterday. Writing will take a top spot on my personal list.
My phone is playing the tune to remind me my time here is up. There is so much I want to share, but it will have to wait. I will leave you with a Buddhist flavored New Year’s Wish.
May you be happy, may you be healthy, may you be safe, may you know peace, joy, and ease in this very lifetime.
With much love….
Oh yeah, btw, it’s my birthday! Please give me a Happy Birthday shout out via reply/comment if you feel so compelled.
