Intro to Our Project Views
We offer five project views so you and your team can work how you choose, without impacting project data.
ProjectManager offers five different working views to help you and your team get the most out of our software.
Watch our short video below for a brief introduction to our project views.
You can toggle between views by using the menu at the top of the software.

Gantt View
Our Gantt chart is one of the most popular views in our software as it allows project managers to plan waterfall projects with ease. The left side of the Gantt chart is the data graph while the right side is a visual representation. Our Gantt also can filter for the critical path, set baselines, etc. Visit our corresponding Gantt chart page for additional details on this view.
Gantt is only available on Team and above.

List View
The list view allows you to quickly see who is assigned to what tasks, see due dates, check task statuses and keep your project on track. The upper right-hand portion of the list view has icons to help you filter for tasks, search within the software or hide completed tasks. You can also select which columns to show or hide. Click on a column name to sort your tasks using that column's data.
Kanban Board
The kanban board, also called the project board, is a customizable visual workflow where you can easily change a task status to move it to the next stage of production. Add the desired title to each column to stay organized and collaborate with team members.

Calendar View
Use the calendar view to keep track of project due dates and time-sensitive tasks. The calendar view is helpful if you plan your projects a month at a time, or if you would like to see how dates line up over the course of days and weeks.

Sheet View
The sheet view is similar to the Gantt view, but it doesn't have the visual representation of tasks. Use the sheet view to see specific data in an organized manner. The sheet retains all of the robust functionality of the Gantt, including linking tasks, assigning work and creating custom columns.

Note: There's also a risk view that you can enable if your edition allows it. Each risk has its own card with rich functionality, collaboration and fields for detailed information. Included is a 'matrix widget' which assesses the individual risk level according to your likelihood and impact settings, and gives risk level indication at a glance.
