As a Office Staff / CSR with our team, you are the heartbeat of our daily operations. We are a fast growing, customer focused residential lawn and lights company, and our culture centers around teamwork, service, respect, and commitment to excellence. We value people who embrace technology, adapt quickly, and communicate with clarity and care. In this role, you will coordinate with local GM's, support customers with professionalism, and keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to stay organized, think ahead, and maintain positive energy even on busy days will make you a perfect fit. There is an opportunity to earn quarterly KPI bonuses based on performance. Note, this is currently a remote position as we continue to search for a physical location. You must have access to a computer with two monitors, minimum, a headset for clean communication, and steady Wi-Fi.

Become a general manager of one of our locations. You'll manage the day-to-day operations of a small team from anywhere from four to nine technicians, amounting to two to five crews. Whether it's established or ready to grow, pay starts at $60,000 a year, with bonuses upon hitting key metrics, with some of our general managers hitting $90,000-$100,000 or more a year.
