No newsletter padding. No marketing emails. We send a dispatch when one of the four work-streams below crosses a threshold worth telling you about — and not before.
When a new compound is added to the catalog with full documentation in place — synthesis route confirmed, COA template populated, supply chain settled. One compound at a time, not batches.
When the Quality page version increments — new method validated, new partner confirmed, new standards alignment achieved. Each dispatch summarizes what changed and links to the updated documentation.
The single most important dispatch of the pre-launch period. When institutional account applications open, this is how you’ll find out — with a direct link to the application form and the verification process.
Occasional technical notes — reconstitution best practices, COA literacy, storage and handling — written by the team for working researchers. No content marketing. Real notes only when there’s a real note to send.
Pick the dispatch types you’d like to receive. You can change preferences anytime, and unsubscribe in one click from the footer of any email.
We’re showing the work as work-streams rather than calendar dates because the dates change and the streams don’t. Each one moves at its own pace; each dispatch will tell you which stream just shipped a milestone.
Analytical methodology, documentation packet design, lot retention, testing partnerships, standards alignment. The version of this stream you can read is at /quality; it’s currently at v0.4 (draft).
Selection of launch compounds, synthesis route confirmation per compound, supplier qualification, analytical method validation per compound. This is the slowest stream by design — we’re only adding compounds we can release cleanly.
Institutional verification process, manual review workflow, account application form, integration with shipping and receiving requirements. Will not open until verification is genuinely working — not a checkbox.
FDA compliance counsel review of catalog, marketing copy, terms of sale, privacy policy, and operational policies. The launch trigger for the rest of the work — nothing public-facing ships before this stream completes.
The site you’re reading. Design system, copy, page architecture, accessibility, performance. This stream is the furthest along — but it’s also the easiest, which is partly why it’s ahead.
Every dispatch we send is published to the public archive after it goes out, so you can read what subscribers received and decide whether the cadence and content match what you’d want.
We haven’t sent a dispatch. The first one will go out when one of the workstreams above ships a meaningful milestone — likely the catalog assembly or account verification opening.
Practical details about what you’re subscribing to, how often we’ll show up in your inbox, and how we treat your email address.
As-events. Not weekly, not monthly, not on a schedule. We send a dispatch when a workstream crosses a threshold worth telling you about. Realistically, that means a handful of dispatches per quarter during pre-launch — possibly fewer.
No marketing copy. No discount codes. No referral programs. No third-party promotions. No “we’re still here” engagement emails. If the dispatch isn’t about a real workstream milestone or a real method note, it doesn’t go out.
No. We don’t share, sell, or rent the subscriber list. We use a standard email service provider for delivery — privacy policy will be linked from every dispatch at launch. Unsubscribe is one click from the footer of any email.
Yes. The dispatch list and the institutional account list are different — the dispatch list is open to anyone, the account list requires verification. An institutional address makes the verification step faster later, which is why we suggest it as the placeholder.
If the workstreams don’t complete and KOI doesn’t launch, the last dispatch you receive will tell you that. We won’t leave the list dormant indefinitely. The default is honesty about outcomes.
Subscribe with a note in the email-preferences step and we’ll send a copy of the draft application form when it’s available. Institutional procurement teams often want to start the internal approval process well before the supplier is live.
Direct line for institutional procurement, partnership inquiries, or questions about the workstreams. Real human reads everything.
