What are Credits and how do they work?

Credits are the currency you use to generate videos on Joyfun. Instead of monthly subscriptions, we offer Credit packs as a one-time purchase. This gives you full control over your spending with no recurring charges or hidden fees. You simply buy a pack of Credits and use them as you need.

How can I get more Credits?

You can purchase additional Credit packs at any time from our pricing page. Our ‘pay-as-you-go’ system allows you to buy more Credits only when you run out or need more for a larger project. We may also offer bonus Credits during special promotions or events!

What can I use my Credits for?

Your Credits unlock the full power of the Joyfun platform. You can use them for all of our generative AI tools, including our popular AI Image to Video and AI Text to Video features. There are no feature-specific restrictions—one credit balance gives you access to everything, now and in the future.

Do my Credits expire?

No, your purchased Credits never expire. Once you buy them, they are permanently yours to use whenever you wish, whether it’s next week or next year. Your creative potential doesn’t have a deadline.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a refund under specific conditions to ensure fairness. You are eligible for a full refund if you meet both of the following criteria:

• The refund request is made within 48 hours of the purchase.
• You have used 100 Credits or less from the purchased pack.

Can I transfer Credits to another user or redeem them for cash?

No, Credits are non-transferable and cannot be shared with or sent to other users. They also have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.
