Ritesh Pandey posted thisI need a small help from software developer community of India. If you guys use “GitHub Teams” how do you manage payment? GitHub charges using credit card and by default opts for recurring payment. Recurring payment is not allowed in India. Hence the transaction gets rejected. There is no option to make one time payment. A support ticket has been opened since last 3 weeks but there has been no response/acknowledgement. Did I miss anything? How are you guys dealing with this situation?

Ritesh Pandey shared thisInnovation Lab team at TATA AIG General Insurance Company Limited is working and delivering viable use cases with GenAI. We are cautious in our approach and have defined guardrails to ensure ideas with reasonable ROI are picked up.Ritesh Pandey shared thisHallucinations in Large Language Models (LLM), coupled with regulatory challenges have led to a cautious approach from the insurance sector, hindering widespread integration and implementation of generative AI. Nonetheless, TATA AIG, one of the country’s leading insurance providers, is building a large language model (LLM)- powered chatbot for customers and plans to release it soon via WhatsApp. The insurer has also launched an internal AI chatbot, which its customer service agents are currently using. According to Krishnan Badrinath, SVP of information technology at TATA AIG General Insurance, they are among the first insurers in the general insurance space in the country to launch a Generative AI use case. “Currently, we’ve achieved an accuracy rate of over 80%, and our goal is to further enhance this accuracy before delivering it to our customers through WhatsApp,” he said. TATA AIG's AI chatbot is powered by a multitude of models, both open and close-sourced. With thousands of open-source and proprietary models evolving rapidly, the TATA AIG team consistently evaluates these options. It selects models based on thorough assessments to determine the best fit for their specific use cases. “We maintain a continuous feedback loop, assessing the accuracy of each model based on the specific dataset and other scenarios. This mechanism allows us to adjust and switch between models as needed, including Panther, Llama, and others currently in use,” Ritesh Pandey, head of the Innovations Lab at TATA AIG General Insurance, said. Preparing for CAT alongside work, largely through YouTube lectures, made this journey both challenging and rewarding. I’m deeply grateful to Ravi Prakash sir for the quality resources and guidance. Aditya Budhia, Deepanshu Singh, Shobhit Bansal, and Shubham Pandey — it’s been a fun CAT prep journey together. And special thanks to Dhakshika S and Dhruvi Shah for the constant support and for reminding me what not to say during interviews. Also, thankful to everyone who has contributed to my growth over the past few years. And most importantly, to my parents for always standing by me. I came to the US with a deep desire to learn, and I am profoundly grateful for the world-class opportunities this country has given me. Over the last 9+ years, I’ve had the privilege of building at scale, contributing to complex systems, and working alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry. I gave it my absolute all, and in return, I learned more than I could have ever imagined. But lately, the pull to be closer to my family, coupled with the opportunity to contribute to the phenomenal engineering work happening in India right now, simply became too strong to ignore. I am thrilled to share that next month, I will be starting a new chapter in Hyderabad, joining Microsoft IDC as a Principal Group Engineering Manager. To my colleagues, mentors, and friends in the US—thank you for being such an integral part of this chapter. I leave with a heart full of gratitude and pride in what we've built together. To the next adventure in India! 🇮🇳

Walking through the campus, meeting friends, seniors, and juniors, and reliving a decade-old version of myself was truly special. Every corner carried memories—of learning, struggles, friendships, and the quiet moments that shaped who I am today. Grateful for the experiences, the people, and the foundation this place gave me. Ritesh Pandey liked thisIf you’re a parent, you know this pain: You buy something expensive for your child. You use it for 3–6 months. Then it just… sits there. As a new parent, I see these moments every day — changing needs, costly gear that gets used for months if you’re lucky, and zero good places to exchange trust and quality. Priyadershita Singh & Abhas Mittal are fixing exactly this via IPF - Buy & Sell. Big congratulations to them on raising ₹3.2 Cr from Titan Capital and Better Capital, and a set of angels (grateful to be one of them). This is one of those ideas that feels obvious only after someone builds it.

The shortest answer to the most expensive problem in Indian D2C. 📉 Every Indian D2C founder knows the pain. You build a great product, nail the ad creatives, optimize the checkout—only to have the profit wiped out because a customer wrote "Near the big neem tree" with a completely wrong pincode. Standard geocoding tools fail in India. Raahgir AI doesn't. It acts as an intelligent automation layer that intercepts messy, unstructured inputs and instantly reformats them into precise, courier-friendly addresses before dispatch. No more endless hide-and-seek for delivery riders. No more burning cash on double shipping. Just clean data and protected margins. #D2CIndia #LogisticsRevolution #RTOreduction #EcommerceIndia #SupplyChain #RaahgirAI #SaaS #IndianStartups #logistics #d2c #ai

🎮 Indian Gamers Are Breaking the Internet — But Not the Bank. Ever wondered how much India’s top YouTubers actually make from gaming? 👑 Carryminati Carryminati pulls over 500M+ monthly views, yet most of his wealth comes from beyond gaming. 🔥 Total Gaming (Ajju Bhai) hits 2.4 Cr/month on a good month — or just ₹10 lakhs if videos don’t go viral. 💥 #TechnoGamerz crosses 400M+ views but income swings wildly. 📉 Why? Because Indian CPM is broken. 💸 In India, creators earn just ₹10–35 per 1,000 views. 📈 In the US? ₹150–300 for the same content. The truth is harsh: 📍It’s not talent. It’s geography. Indian creators aren’t earning less because they’re worse — they’re earning less because they’re Indian. Yet they still show up. Still entertain. Still win hearts. Respect the grind. Support the scene. 🔥 #IndianGamers #CarryMinati #AjjuBhai #TechnoGamerz #ASGaming #LokeshGamer #YouTubeIndia #GamingCommunity #CreatorEconomy #YouTubeCPM #MonetizationTruth #GamerLife #IndiaVsUS #ViralReels #LinkedInCreators #DesiGamers #ContentCreators #BharatiBabbar #Fyp Bharati Babbar

When everyone’s going digital, Nazara Technologies Limited just made a bold offline bet. The gaming giant has acquired Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd.’s physical gaming venues for ₹126 crore via a debt resolution process. At first glance, this move might seem unexpected why would a digital-first company invest in brick-and-mortar entertainment centers? The answer lies in Nazara’s broader vision: building a full-stack gaming ecosystem that merges physical and digital worlds. While Nazara posted an impressive 43% revenue growth, this acquisition wasn’t a reaction to digital challenges—it’s part of a strategic expansion into hybrid entertainment. By adding VR simulators, bowling alleys, and go-karting arenas, Nazara is positioning itself to offer experiences that extend its digital IPs into the real world. This hybrid strategy offers three clear advantages: • Creates immersive, in-person experiences that deepen engagement • Enables cross-promotion of digital games and media through physical touchpoints • Builds brand loyalty through memorable, location-based entertainment Nazara isn’t shifting away from digital—it’s creating an ecosystem where online and offline experiences amplify each other. This isn't a retreat from digital, but a step toward experiential convergence. We're seeing similar moves across industries: DTC brands opening flagship stores, fintech companies launching lounges. The pendulum is swinging toward balance not just digital scale, but physical presence. For founders focused only on online channels, maybe it’s time to ask: What could offline unlock for your business?

Nobody actually likes checking out online. Razorpay introduced agentic payment within ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. The funnel. The filters. The OTP that never arrives. The abandoned cart guilt. We've all just... accepted it. Razorpay thinks that's insane. And at FTX 2026, they did something about it. Four products. All built around one idea: What if paying for something felt like nothing? Imagine a voice call that catches you before you abandon a purchase. A subscription that renews itself before you even notice it lapsed. A chargeback that gets fought without you lifting a finger. A cash flow problem that gets flagged before it becomes a crisis. The consumer side is even wilder. You tell Zomato you want cocoa ice cream delivered to your office. Done. No app-switching. No checkout screen. No friction. The payment just... happens. India is probably the only place on earth this could scale right now. The UPI rails are already there. The trust in delegation is already there. Hundreds of millions of people who never got hooked on the old way of doing things. Razorpay didn't add AI to what already existed. They went back to zero and rebuilt. Merchant onboarding went from 45 minutes to 5. Integrations from hours to under 10 minutes. The checkout funnel had a good run. It's over now. #FTX2026 #AgenticCommerce #Razorpay #IndiaFintech #AIPayments

Something interesting I noticed while watching the T20 World Cup on Hotstar. Two of the major sponsors on the broadcast are: • Google Gemini • ChatGPT Both are AI products. A few years ago, prime ad slots during cricket tournaments were dominated by fantasy gaming apps, fintech wallets, smartphones, and edtech companies. Today, AI models are sponsoring the biggest sporting stage in India. That shift says a lot about where the world is heading. A few thoughts: 1. AI has moved from labs to living rooms. AI is no longer just a developer tool. It has become a mass consumer product that companies want everyone to know about. 2. The new tech war is about mindshare. Companies like Google and OpenAI are not just competing on model performance anymore. They are competing on who becomes the default AI in people's minds. 3. Distribution is becoming the real moat. In technology, the best product doesn’t always win. The product that becomes habit wins. Sponsoring cricket in India is one of the fastest ways to build that habit. 4. AI is entering its “consumer internet moment.” Just like how internet companies exploded in visibility during the smartphone boom, AI companies are now entering that same mainstream adoption phase. And perhaps the most interesting part: Cricket advertising is one of the most expensive attention markets in the world. If AI companies are willing to spend there, it means they believe the next billion users will interact with AI daily. We’re not just watching a cricket tournament. We’re watching the early branding war of the AI era. 🧠
