Graeme Math

Graeme Math is the Co-founder and COO of InUnison Technologies, a Canadian EHS software company that helps organizations digitize safety programs and accelerate compliance and audit readiness. He leads product and operations, working with customers to simplify safety reporting, centralize documentation, and turn field activity into measurable improvements. 

Graeme brings hands-on enterprise experience implementing SAP EHS, including work on the EHSM (Incident Management and Risk Assessment) stack, which informs his pragmatic approach to integrating processes and data. His background spans risk management, emergency management and competency management—capabilities reflected in InUnison’s platform through risk assessment workflows, training/competency tracking, and dashboards that make safety performance visible and actionable. A frequent advocate for practical compliance in small and mid-market industries, Graeme and his co-founders set out to “democratize HSE,” combining software with expert support so teams spend less time on paperwork and more time preventing incidents. He is based in Calgary and continues to work closely with safety leaders, and front-line teams to deliver real-world outcomes.
