Vinyasa flow

Vinyasa Flow is for you if you are looking for an energising yoga practice suitable for all levels. This is a dynamic, yet calm and mindful yoga practice. Expect breathwork to begin, a warm and playful vinyasa flow that moves through a series of traditional and physically challenging yoga postures, ending with some seated postures and a relaxing savasana.
