Booking an appointment
Our aim is to offer a first-class clinic in Henley-on-Thames with therapists of all backgrounds including physiotherapists, chiropractors, Osteopaths, Acupuncturists and sports massage therapists. We aim to offer the best advice and treatment course based on each individual’s needs. Please feel free to call us on 01491 598089 for advice and to book. Alternatively, you can check class and practitioner availability using the Booking & Availability button to the right of this page. The button brings up a popup window where you will be asked to register your basic details with us on our MINDBODY bookings system. Thereafter you can manage all your bookings, and payments and check class and practitioner availability online using just your username and password. Simple!
We offer a few exercise classes including pilates and yoga. You can call us on 01491598089 to book your place. Class prices start from £13 per class.

Online bookings
You can now book more and more or your favourite services with us through MindBody, the online booking app. Classes can be booked up to 1 week in advance, you can monitor availability and join a waiting list should a class be full.
We’d love to hear your experience using the service…our goal is to make the pre-booking process as easy as 1, 2, 3! If we can make the process easier please do just say next time you are in.
How to get started
- Please review the terms and conditions on this page and then select ‘make an online class booking’ (this will direct you to the app).
- If it is your first time using the app you will have to create an account using an email address, contact phone number and password.
- Once your account is created you will be able to pre book all our classes and appointments by selecting the service and the date and time you would like.
- There is the option to prepay for some of the classes and appointments by using the secure online payments system although this is not a necessity.
Private appointments
click on the all providers drop down menu to the right of the schedule to find your practitioner
- choose your preferred practitioner
- click on week to view their weekly schedule
- choose your preferred date and time
Private appointment cancellations:
- Cancellations of sessions due within 24hrs or less are considered late cancellations and apply a full charge.
- Early cancellations + rebooking sessions:
- login to your MindBody account and select the my info tab
- select my schedule
- click on cancel
- To rebook simply follow the above instructions on booking a session
Late cancellations: to late cancel your session please call reception on 01491 598089. Whilst you will be charged for the session we would be grateful if you could let us know so we can inform the practitioner.
When you arrive for your appointment please let reception know that you have arrived.

With your consent, we may use certain information to provide you with information about Henley Practice and its affiliates and programming. Information collected by Henley Practice about its users is used internally by authorized employees of Henley Practice for following reasons: To process payment, register you in the program of your choice, update you when required of any possible changes of the planned services at Henley Practice, determination of those areas, features, and services that are valued the most and found most helpful. Also, we collect information to determine the appropriate participation in the activities and services provided at the Henley Practice and on our site.
