GME Security are the dedicated provider of installation maintenance services for multiple schools and colleges within the City of Dublin Education and Training Board (CDETB). Since 2008, GME Security has been entrusted with the maintenance support contract, covering 84 sites, where they manage, maintain, and install all our electronic security systems.

The scope of their responsibilities includes the maintenance of access control systems using ACT technology, CCTV systems incorporating Milestone technologies, and the oversight of intruder alarms with a diverse mix of HKC, Galaxy, and Aritech systems. To whom it may concern, GME Security currently hold the security maintenance contract for 42 sites within the Health Service Executive (HSE) portfolio, where they manage the support for a range of critical security systems in our health care centers, hospitals, and primary care centers. GME Security provide maintenance cover to our access control systems, namely ACT Enterprise and Salto technologies, as well as Galaxy and HKC intruder alarms, they also maintain our Commend Intercom and disabled refuge systems.

The University of Dublin, Trinity College, have contracted G.M.E Security to provide and maintain our CCTV network since 2016 following a formal tender. Trinity College have in excess of 70 individual Systems on sites throughout Dublin which are under this contract. We are extremely grateful for the excellent service, advice and support they give. Technological University Dublin have engaged GME Security for the provision of preventative and reactive maintenance to our electronic security systems across all of our properties and campuses since 2024 after an open tendering process. The systems covered by our contract with GME are our intruder alarm, CCTV (Milestone Platform), access control (ACTpro & SALTO), intercoms (including Commend) and disabled refuge communication systems.

We have found the team at GME to be both professional and knowledgeable in all relevant areas. GME have worked for Jones Lang LaSalle on various projects over the past few years, including Burlington Plaza, Southgate Shopping Centre (Drogheda) and Dundalk Retail Park to mention a few. With regards to Dundalk Retail Park GME upgraded the security system (cctv, motion detectors, audio etc) to such an extent that we received compliments from tenants as the works greatly reduced anti-social behaviour in the centre, and I might add at a more competitive rate than the previous contractor.
