Under Irish Law (The Private Security Services Act 2004), it is a criminal offence to employ an unlicensed contractor for security work.

Consumer Protection

We don’t just “fit” systems; we engineer them to Irish Standard (I.S.) EN specifications. This ensures your system is reliable, durable, and recognized by your insurer.

Intruder Alarms (I.S. EN 50131-1:2006)

The Insurance Standard. We certify that our intruder alarms meet the rigorous EN 50131 grade. This is critical for obtaining Garda Response and valid insurance coverage.

CCTV Systems (I.S. EN 50132, EN 62676)

Video Evidence Quality. Our designs comply with EN 50132 and adhere to EN 62676, ensuring that the footage we record is of sufficient quality (resolution, frame rate, exportability) to be admissible in an Irish Court.

Access Control (I.S. EN 60839)

Secure Entry. We adhere to EN 60839 for electronic access control, ensuring fail-safe operations for fire safety and fail-secure locking for asset protection.

We have recently been certified as operating a rigorous internal Quality Management System (QMS) adhering fully with ISO 9001 standard.

Therefore, GME Security prioritises a proactive safety culture through rigorous, ongoing staff training, the provision of high-quality Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and the execution of comprehensive, site-specific risk assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) before any installation or maintenance work begins. MEWP/Working at Heights

Our team is certified to operate cherry pickers and scissor lifts for high-level camera installations.
